We would be happy to provide you with secretarial services. Should you have the need for these services, please speak with the manager to determine an estimate and time frame for the projects(s) you with to have completed.
All projects will be completed in a “first in first out” fashion and a 24 hour turn around time frame will apply.
COPY MACHINE
The copy machine is located in the central work area and is available for your use. You will be issued a “pin number” which will allow you to use the copier at your convenience. If you have any questions regarding the operation of the copier, any one of our staff members will be happy to assist you. We are available to assist you with your copying projects as well.
FAX MACHINE
The fax machine is located at the reception desk. Please give any outgoing faxes to the receptionist on duty. Faxes will be sent immediately and a confirmation page will be attached once completed.
Any faxes that you receive will be placed in your mail slot or in your message slot. The fax machine is in operation 24 hours a day, insuring that anyone attempting to reach you outside of our time zone will be able to get through.
POSTAGE/FEDERAL EXPRESS, AIRBORNE, UPS
Any unstamped outgoing mail should be placed in the “Outgoing Mail Basket” in the work area no later than 3:30 p.m. daily. Please make sure that your return address is on the envelope, or that it is marked as to who is sending it. If we can not determine to whom it belongs it will not be sent out that day.
We offer Federal Express, Airborne, UPS and Express Mail. Pick up any air bill slips you will need at the reception desk or ask us to send it for you. The charges will be billed back to you on the upcoming month’s bill.
MAIL SERVICE
Mail is delivered to the building by the U.S. Postal Service between 12:00 noon and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Once we have received the mail it will be sorted and placed in the appropriate mail slot for your company.
Outgoing mail is delivered to the mailbox at 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please have your outgoing mail in the designated basket in the work area no later than 3:30 p.m. Should you have a large amount of mail that will need postage please allow extra time for preparation.
DELIVERIES
Deliveries will be accepted at the front desk. Upon signing for the package, it will be placed in your mail slot, or if the package is larger, it will be placed in your office. At this point, we are no longer responsible for the package.
We will accept C.O.D. packages if prior arrangements have been made.

The kitchen / break room facilities are provided for the use of all Executive Suite Tenants. A refrigerator, microwave, filtered water, soda machine and snack machine, as well as fresh brewed coffee are provided for your enjoyment and convenience.
UTILITIES
All utilities are included in your rent.
JANITORIAL SERVICES
Your office is cleaned five (5) days per week (Sunday through Thursday).
